Stem & Stem is fusing British cuisine and locally-grown flowers in Central London
Michelin-trained chef Edward Boarland teamed up with floral and fashion industry veteran Dee Reid to create this fine dining, wine bar, and nature experience. As business — and life — partners, the pair combined their passions and opened Stem & Stem in November 2023, which prioritises sustainability and freshness by using local produce and ingredients from South East farmers.
